Probiotic strains
Why 36 hours?
Most commercial yogurts are fermented for just 4 to 8 hours—enough to create flavor, but not enough to maximize health benefits. We ferment ours for a full 36 hours.
This allows strains like L. reuteri and L. gasseri to grow exponentially—reaching up to 300x more live probiotics (trillions of CFUs per quart) than standard store-bought brands.
This is a high-potency, living probiotic food.

Shipping & local delivery
We offer local delivery in select Utah areas and ship cold when available. Your yogurt is packed to stay cold and fresh, and we’ll coordinate delivery timing after checkout. Refrigerate as soon as it arrives.
Storage & freshness
Keep refrigerated. Because this is a living yogurt, it may continue to ferment if left at room temperature.
FAQ
I’m lactose intolerant. Can I eat this?
This yogurt is not lactose-free, but many people with lactose sensitivity tolerate it very well. During our 36-hour fermentation, the live cultures consume the lactose as they grow, which naturally lowers the lactose content and makes it significantly easier to digest than milk.
If you’re sensitive, we recommend starting with a small serving (1/4 cup) and seeing how your body responds.
What does it taste like? Is it very sour?
It’s tangier than conventional Greek yogurt because it’s cultured for 36 hours. During fermentation, the live cultures consume much of the milk sugar, creating a rich, creamy, pleasantly tart yogurt with real character — not a sugary dessert.
Can probiotics cause bloating at first?
Introducing high-potency probiotic foods can sometimes come with a temporary adjustment period. Some people experience mild bloating or gas for the first few days as the microbiome rebalances. We suggest starting with a small serving and working your way up.
How long is the shelf life?
Our yogurt has an 8-week refrigerated shelf life. Keep refrigerated and enjoy by the date on the package.
